Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to all registrations, bookings, purchases and participation in events organised by The Girls Walk Club. By registering for an event, purchasing a ticket or participating in one of our activities, you agree to these terms.

Event Registration

Registration is required for all The Girls Walk Club events unless stated otherwise.

Your place is only confirmed once all required registration steps have been completed and, where applicable, payment has been received.

Places are limited and may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Girls Walk Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration where necessary, for example in cases of incorrect information, duplicate registrations, unpaid bookings or behaviour that may negatively affect the safety or experience of other attendees.

Payments

Where an event requires payment, the full ticket price must be paid within the payment period communicated during registration.

If payment is not completed within the stated timeframe, your place may be released to another participant.

All prices are communicated before booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 10 days before the scheduled event date.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.

This includes cancellations due to illness, work commitments, travel issues, personal circumstances or other changes in plans.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are personal and may not be transferred, resold or given to another person without prior written approval from The Girls Walk Club.

The Girls Walk Club may refuse entry where the attendee does not match the registered booking details.

Event Changes

The Girls Walk Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details where necessary, including changes to the schedule, programme, location, partners, instructors, activities, products or refreshments.

Some elements of an event may be provided by external partners and are therefore subject to availability and circumstances outside our direct control.

Where possible, we will communicate significant changes to registered attendees.

A change to an individual partner, sponsor, goodiebag product, refreshment or activity does not automatically entitle the attendee to a refund where the main event itself still takes place.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If The Girls Walk Club cancels an event entirely, registered attendees will receive information regarding their booking and any applicable refund.

If an event is rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new event date. Further options will be communicated directly to attendees where applicable.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

Participation in The Girls Walk Club events is voluntary.

Our events may include walking, Pilates, padel, fitness activities, workshops or other physical and social activities.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to take part in an activity.

You are responsible for informing the relevant instructor or event team of any limitations, injuries or circumstances that may affect your safe participation where necessary.

The Girls Walk Club cannot be held responsible for injuries, loss or damage resulting from participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during events.

The Girls Walk Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items unless required otherwise by law.

Behaviour

We want The Girls Walk Club to remain a welcoming, respectful and safe environment.

Discrimination, harassment, threatening behaviour, aggression or behaviour that seriously disrupts the experience of other attendees will not be accepted.

The Girls Walk Club reserves the right to ask a participant to leave an event where their behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive.

In such circumstances, a refund may not be provided.

Photography & Content

Photos and videos may be taken during The Girls Walk Club events for social media, website, promotional and community content.

If you do not wish to be clearly photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the team before the event or upon arrival.

We will make reasonable efforts to respect these requests.

Goodiebags, Products & Gifts

Goodiebags, samples, sponsored products and other gifts provided during events are complimentary additions to the event experience.

Contents may vary depending on availability and may differ between attendees.

Specific brands, products, quantities or values are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Goodiebags and complimentary gifts are intended for attendees who are physically present at the event and cannot normally be collected separately if you do not attend.

External Partners

The Girls Walk Club regularly collaborates with studios, venues, instructors, food partners, wellness brands and other businesses.

Certain parts of an event may therefore be provided by third parties.

Where applicable, attendees may also be required to comply with the rules, safety requirements or terms of the venue or external provider.

Website & Information

We aim to ensure that information published on our website, social media channels and registration pages is accurate.

However, occasional errors or changes may occur.

The Girls Walk Club reserves the right to correct errors, update information or amend event details where necessary.

Intellectual Property

The Girls Walk Club name, branding, logos, photographs, written content, event concepts and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
